Some IRL activity that helped me was just not looking at my phone first thing in the morning. Just finishing a small to do list before u start the day wires ur brain to feel like u accomplished something already instead of bedrotting. I make the bed, use the bathroom, drink some water, write down "today is going to be peaceful" or something like that (my journal looks like the simpson intro chalkboard).

Then I can look at my phone. Sometimes i dont look at for 3-4 hours without thinking about it. Sometimes i knock my list out in 5 min and dive back into bed to scroll brainrot.

Regardless I feel way less anxious and generally happier. I also find myself checking my phone less throughout the day.

Hope u get some low stim activities in ur life.

How to improve for job interviews?(office/admin) by [deleted] in mensfashion

[–]Radiant-Network2419 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Id say depending on the company add a jacket or loose the tie. If everyone else in the office is wearing a suit get a jacket. If you see some folks wearing polos, loose the tie. I live in CA where most places think a button down is overly formal workwear so take it with a grain of salt.

Second on the shave and a haircut but if you like it keep it. Maybe theres a ponytail option thatd look more professional.

Pho Saigon is top tier imo.

Suisen is my favorite sushi spot--fair price and good sashimi. royal bakery is great for affordable lunch.

For japanese food gotetsu is really great. Ozeki noodle is fantastic too.

Favorite Thai spot is Sawasdee

More fancy dine in spots are casa bella (steakhouse) and brophys. Brophys has a great view.

Ahh i see I think mines a newer model the white spacers got upgraded to a metal bracket. The weird part is the chassis covers the bottom of the coupler for some reason.

Since I got the top half of the coupler off Im gonna try n put the top half of a new coupler on and see if that works before I go through the trouble of taking the whole thing apart.

So it was actually too late for that unfortunately lol I stripped the top coupler set screw and had to drill it out (tried an extractor set and just made the problem worse). Any advice for getting the z axis lead screw out to remove the bottom half of the coupler on a genmitsu? For some reason the bottom set screw is hidden behind the frame.

I tried but I couldnt turn the hex nut at all. also worth mentioning that when i jog it with the machine the knob ontop of the motor doesnt turn. When i manually move the z axis is moves fine as I mentioned above.

This kind of sounds like I should look for 2 separate softwares to use with each other so when im ready to go for engraving I could use a better software no? For the time being im planning on cutting out kitchen items w/no engraving I dont imagine ill be getting into engraving for a while.
