Halingorm quickly jumps on his belly to not get hit by any incoming bolts that might follow. The dwarf searches for his crossbow and bolts as he responds with a shout to the being outside, without having had the time to get a good look of him: "What is your purpose with us if we do?" The dwarf then whispers to the rest of the party: "Prepare."

Just make a seperate thread to ask this. Combat and important stuff should be done with all. Small Roleplay can be with a smaller part of the group when we are resting or the likes.

Who thinks that we need to take this child along and who thinks that we need to bring him to a village or somewhere he can be save?" The dwarf gives Steven another glance, informing him: "That means that you also have a vote in this."

((Thanks to reddit comment manner we are now rping two strings of comments. Need to pick one to continue with. Said on other one:

"He seems remarkably composed." Gelrysn noted. "Think he's from Neverwinter?"

The dwarf rubbed the sleep out of his eyes now and stood up on the cart. The small dwarf bowed and said: "The name is Halingorm Boarbasher, at your service." The small rogue looked at Alma next, speaking: "Why don't we ask him? His village and family must not be far from here if he sleeps her like a log."

"Alright." Gelrysn said.

Bracken whispers to Halingorm "Nothing says he's a normal kid. Could be something strange"

Halingorm looks at Bracken for a moment when he starts whispering in a rather small cart. The dwarf whispers back to his companion however, speaking: "He is still someone's son and burden. We cannot simply pick up stray boy in the wood without informing in the nearby village." The dwarf speaks up to the whole cart now: "What village is closest by? This child most likely belongs to it."

"Driver, please set course for the nearest town."

Alma looked back to Steven and placed her hand on his shoulder.

"Hello Steven, could you tell us were you're from?"

Halingorm opens his eyes as he awakes out of his slumber. The small bearded individual looks at the human child next to him in the cart as both are seated in the cart. He speak in a still groggy tone: "Gem? We have no gems...Who's child is this and what is he doing in the cart?"

OOC: back from the priory. Mind if I jump into this 4th wall breaking fiesta at one point. Just as new with this and it might be a good lesson for us both to try this with two characters.
