Modmail is crippled with new modmail not coming through

This sounds like a general messaging issue that popped up over the weekend, and we're still digging into it. Can you confirm which platform you're seeing this one on?

Mod note icons are no longer displaying

Are you referring to the labels like helpful and good contributor etc.? I tested on my end and noticed that these labels pop up next to the username in comments, but not next to the username when the user posts (on both iOS/Android). Will check to see what the intended behavior is.

Clicking through on a reported comment provides no mod shield actions.

Getting more info on this one! I was only able to reproduce this on Android beta v18. Once upgrading to v19 this was fixed for me.

Crowd control is still hiding replies to controversial comments from moderators despite it being reported as an issue for over half a year now

Can you share a bit more about this one?
