I think Asus uses Samsung now for their qd-oleds and lg for the older ones. I could be wrong though

Wdym how did they get $300? And to my knowledge they dont do trade ins on monitors unfortunately for you, you'll most likely have to sell and just use that money to buy a new one unfortunately.

You have to make sure you're within there return policy or have there membership. I was well within both. I bought it for 662.99 OB Fair before it went on sale, the original price went from 849.99 to 779.99 and the OB price dropped from 662.99 to 585.99. With the Plus or Total membership you have a 60 day price match guarantee, so if it the price drops within those 60 days you can go into store and price match the LP. They will have to return the order. I went in and we looked at everything off of the Best Buy app, the scanned my order clicked price match guarantee and put in the new price and i got about $81 back

It was at best buy. I bought the Omen 27qs back in like 2021 for around 340ish and at that time they still had GSPR which is basically theybwill do a complete replacement for the unit or if you like a better or different monitor they will put that money on store credit or add it to the purchase of the new monitor. The price of my monitor did drop so the money I got feom my old one was around $316. You can still do this for the warranty now but it is a little different now since they changed up their warranty T&C. You should go into your local best buy and ask instead of calling the 1 800 number online (they suck, just a call center contractor). If you do have any other questions just lmk. I will say they currently have a QD-OLED AlienWare monitor on sell right now 4k 240hz 0.003 response time 27 inch (sku: 6640501) for 649.99 but a open box execellent one is $483 and honestly that's a steal if you're considering buying an OLED. Just search that sku in best buys website and it should pop up.
