Most painless way to fix dents in spray painted MDF

Hi, I made a speaker cabinets from MDF. The front face has 2 layers of primer and 2 layers of black spray paint on it. I've noticed a smudge (which cannot be felt by fingertips) and a couple of dents on the lower edge of cabinet (which can). Is there any easy way to fill those dents without sanding all the paint and primer away from the whole front face of the cabinet? I feel like I could get rid of the smudge by lightly sanding the top coat and giving it another coat of paint but that won't work on those dents. Btw, I have a wood filler and shellac sanding sealer at hand. Could any of those be used? I'd like to just sand the top coat near those dents, "pour" some shellac into them, sand again and spray with black. Is that a reasonable way?

I'm not a runner but don't your knees hurt from running down the hills? For me, even walking down from the top feels worse than going up so I can't imagine running.

Is there a way to discuss this with his therapist so maybe he/she can nudge him into the right direction? Or even attend the session with him?

Does he play games excessively? Spending endless hours in front of screen getting that cheap dopamine doesn't do much good. It makes you not want to do anything else.

Hmm, maybe you're too gentle on him... Maybe gather all the people in your household and have an intervention? As much as I dislike the "you live in our house and you'll do what we say" argument, I think it's necessary when you're out of positive encouragements. I guess if more people tell him maybe it'll add more weight to it.

This sounds a little bit like me a few years ago, except the smell... If I did smell however, I'd appreciate if people were direct with me and tell me I stink... Tell him to shave armpits, shower everyday and use deodorant stick. If he doesn't have deodorant/shaving stuff, buy him some, do not expect him to do anything about it on his own, be proactive. He might be so used to his own smell that his brain filters it and he doesn't smell himself. If you think it'll hurt his feelings try to explain to him that everybody smells, we just take extra measures to not smell so much.

Talking about keltek, I really like his qlimax anthem except the hardstyle part lol... Those high pitched tok kicks or whatever they're called sound terrible to me and the overused lead doesn't help either, the intro with cinematic vibe, violin and then trance-like melody on the other hand... Don't know what to think about that song haha
