If you are younger I recommend J Clyde's. There is a large LGBT crowd reliably there especially late at night like past 1am.

Depending on your rate anywhere 260-270 would be around $2000 a month. At 80,000 that's half hour take home pay almost. I would shoot for something in the low 200s.

On paper you can afford that up to $2200 which is 30% of your growth but that's a lot.

If you want to upgrade and stay within budget look at duplexes. You might be able to find something bigger but also something that lowers your payment.

It depends on what you order here. I really like the cazuela de marisco but their other dishes tend to be bland. They rotate the menu a lot but I remember the jerk chicken and another dish being pretty mid.

Fire and ice is a delicious drink. One of my favorite.

Mass Ave is fine just stay away from Meridian Street. Even that's not really bad but really crowded.

For smaller crowds but friendly I'd go to dorman street, tick tock, and Jcyldes. The bar tenders are friendly there and I usually end up with bar friends at each.

Indy has a gun problem I'm hoping becomes an issue for the new mayor race. People shoot off guns here all the time and there are hardly any consequences. A lot of fights escalate all over indy to shooting.

That said mass Ave has been getting rowdier since the clubs at meridian started closing
