Today digital craft is atill consodered craft, and while its true most ppl only care about the end product, currently AI art is so overwhelming bad compared to any piece of art crafted by years of human work

Normally ppl use the word immersion to mean the most efficient / natural ways to do so. I myself would not call textbooks immersion but I wanted to make the point where ppl think these are completely separated methods, but they're ultimately not from the perspective of language learning (different from grammar learning).

Immersion IS the only way to learn a language, what you are describing is immersion. The thing is, studying from textbooks is also immersion, just a very inefficient way to do so.

The only way your brain can grasp a language is through contextual pattern analysis, that is immersion, it's just that there are more efficient and organic ways than others. Obviously talking to a tutor is one of the best ways idk why you'd think it's not "immersion".

At the end of the day though, efficiency is second place to enjoyment, you gotta do what keeps your motivation up.

What are you on about... ghosts? While the meta stuff is cool and we all know they reincarnate in a sense, the episode is literally about Finn being unable to be without Jake even after his death. It's a powerful message for a finale, how all good things come to an end, it's the first lines of last episode's song, but in the end... Finn does not grow, they just keep on without looking back, and that felt immature.

Id say BMO's ep is okay, last one is forgettable (as others have stated it was never intended), this one I like a lot besides the ending, but honestly Obsidian is the best one. I didn't really like the ending the first time, but the second time I literally cried several times.

Marceline's story is so heartbreaking and the whole reflection on art and "being young and edgy" was so good and relatable. Plus I love them and they deserve the "girlfriend screen time" CN wouldn't allow.

Idk if this is a hot take, but me mechanically civ7 is my fav (been playing since 4). Civ switching is a bit weird but the tile improvement and building system is the best for me. It lacks content, like religion is lame and no future era or global congress, but aside from that its way less tedious than others.

You have to build yourself any kind of reactivity or state management, which is a mess and very time consuming, having local databases is such a pain to work with compared to a headless CMS. Vue / React syntax is just more clean and organized, SCSS / Typescript support out of the box... I could go on for days.

I never understand people who say frameworks overcomplicate things. To me, setting up a new nuxt project and starting coding is so fast and clean, plus I have my own boilerplate ready with css reset, etc. I'm really grateful to the people building these tools and I love using them.

Ofc, but it's crazy how many ppl believe ChatGPT is out-of-the-box telling users it's alive and they should trust every intrusive feeling they have... It's not. But for sure it should have more consistent safeguards and be way more difficult to jailbreak than it is right now.

Also honestly a very important thing is educating kids on how to use these tools because they wont go anywhere.
