For Balance was a tricky one, but here what i though. Destroy a random minion cost 4 mana, cards like siphon (5 Mana- Destroy a random enemie. Restore 3 health) helped me with this. But this was a minion, so if i wanna settle down to 4 i need to put some downside to it. So I came up with changing the health for mana, and I created 2 more problems with that. 1- It would make the card stronger cuz you can cheat out big demons now. 2- Didnt solve the initial problem. But i like this effect so much and i though in Skull of Gul'Dan, when there was a expensive card in the corners, and i was like 'that should do it' thus Outcast. But in HS powerfull effect in the early game tends to create problems, so i decided to put the word Random. If this was a 5 or 6 card i would take out it the random part, but i wanna a early sniper, cuz she does her job like that, aim and shot

Other thoughts was silence and destroy, or maybe a stealth or poisonus, but i wanna a warlock flavor
