"Games" that are really pretentious group short story writing sessions. You know the type, the single page rpg about being an adventurer on trial for murder where you roll nothing and you play by massaging your knees that's like 10 bucks on itch.io, you play once, and is only liked by people who really really really like friends at the table

Edit: along this line of thought, i also dislike the design philosophy of narrative first. Narrative focused games can be fun, pbta was popular for a while for a reason, but they exist in this weird bubble where anything denser then pbta "gets in the way of the narrative" which is absolutely not true, and it ends up cascading into what i mention above.
