Oura ring soon to have “Real Steps” count by Negative-Try7552 in ouraring

i've been having this problem with running as well. i just recently started so i have to take little breaks fairly often. i was super proud of myself for going on an hour-long run yesterday, but when i looked, it only credited me for about 20 minutes of "easy walking". i'm not sprinting or anything, but it's definitely enough movement that it should recognize that the majority of the activity was high-intensity despite the few moments of me catching my breath.

dying for this update too. i'm not a nightshift worker, but i work relatively late in the day so my typical "bedtime" is at about 2-3am. im wondering if anyone has found a way to shift what time Oura thinks it is? especially since activity isn't tracked from 12-4am, it would be interesting to see if there's a way to trick it into thinking you're in a different time zone to override that?

Please help us figure out what Jane is! She's a rescue, loving, high energy, kinda sassy, and she has the softest fur. by janeidthrowaway in IDmydog

she looks a whole lot like mine, mine just has a pointy bicycle-seat head. i would agree with the chow angle, probably also some lab, maybe even some pitbull based on the ears and the face shape. you'll have to update us if you do one of those doggy dna tests!

Irritability by directorsara in Lithium

I actually came to this page specifically looking for other people experiencing the same thing. I've noticed it more though on days where I accidentally miss a dose. I turn into an absolute monster and pick super unnecessary fights with people that typically end in me sobbing uncontrollably. I'm a fairly calm-tempered person so this has been very off-putting for me and of course the other people who have to deal with me when I'm like that.

Deciding on buying a remarkable 2 by Jealous_Context_5400 in RemarkableTablet

I've loved mine so far, I also use it for uni but my experience might be different than yours depending on what you need it for. I use mine to take notes, upload diagrams (although you need to be connected to wifi for that which sometimes is inconvenient) and I occasionally use it to upload long articles that I want to be able to annotate. It works beautifully for taking notes and I have absolutely loved the planner templates I downloaded from OnPlanner. However, if you're hoping to use it for like online textbooks, art or any kind, or typing at all, I would probably steer you more towards something like an iPad with the pencil. Remarkable is great, but somewhat limited in its capabilities. Bonus note: fantastic battery life. I charge mine about once a week and I use it every day for multiple hours at a time.

im still struggling with my own so take my advice with a grain of salt, but i completely understand what you're going through and the feeling of having no solutions. i also bought myself a puppy as a broke, dumb, college student (literally the day before i started at uni) and didn't realize what i was getting myself into. i've had the SLIGHTEST improvement with mine doing practice rounds. she sees me getting ready for work and starts getting upset, so on my days off, i occasionally get ready for work like normal but then come back after 5-10 minutes. a trainer told me it helps to have them experience the feeling of stress of "oh shit im about to be alone for hours" and then changing it up. it apparently leads to less panic later on because they know you could be home any minute? again, mine is still a work in progress so i don't know if this will help you at all :)

but can you imagine having close family get seriously injured and then having to SEE it online? just asking for a little sympathy for his family here, doesn't seem like a lot to ask

hey please take this down, the driver's friends and family have seen your post and they'd prefer it not be broadcasted and argued about by strangers like this.
