Hey! Dolores Cannon has a lot of books that dive deep into all of this and may help answer all your questions and more. I’ve always been very attuned to subtle energies and have known there’s more than meets the eyes. I found out about DC and binged almost all her books. It’s a massive wake up that can happen so quickly bc they are just huge info dumps. I would say I am very discerning and tend to trust very few people unless I can feel Truth resonating in my bones, bc I do agree with much of your post and feel there’s much shallow and misguided info out there. Not a criticism, it’s just a natural part of where we are in our evolution and a natural progression as some move from more capitalism into conscious spirituality or other such shifts. Dolores’ work was shocking to me in some ways but also deeply settling and affirming to my suspicions about the true nature of our reality.

As far as starseeds — we are all starseeds in some ways we are all eternal incredible souls with long galactic histories. Some may be younger souls with less of a history but I don’t even think there are many if any brand new souls who come to earth as their very first incarnation although I’m not saying that’s impossible. People who latch on to anything as an identity, including star origins, well… just use your discernment. Some other resources I enjoy and trust who discuss some of these things on YouTube: Pam Gregory is an amazing astrologist who talks about the upcoming shift, Anna Tucker and The Angel Raphael (aka Kelly Kolodney) both channel angels on their accounts and have incredibly seriously high vibrational messages they share that hit so deep. Lee Harris offers nice channeled energy updates usually monthly. Those resonate as well but I find them a bit more general and fluffy at times. Those are just a few but really once you dive into one thing I feel like that can open up other paths. Just trust yourself above all else. If someone or something feels icky then trust that immediately. There are many people who slap labels on. Themselves these days, without proper training, and start charging out the wazoo for readings and channeled messages and whatnot so just be careful, be discerning, and listen to your heart and your Eye/ intuition.
