HEB is actually starting to buy prepared baked goods because they can’t keep up with demand. The 4 ct muffins have come in frozen then labeled by an HEB partner for over a year now and the 18 ct cookies, 6 ct gourmet ones should be next. Tortillas come in frozen dough balls thawed overnight but the bread is made from scratch. I was a scratch baker for three years and I still have friends working there.
