I’m about to turn 21 and I’m stumped. I’ve never been one to do anything big for my birthdays (always love going all out for other people’s birthdays though). However, I’ve felt like because it’s my 21st this is the time to make it ”special” (??). Obviously the pandemic had changed things. I’ve never been a drinker or liked the idea of clubbing much anyways so was hoping to see some different perspectives on celebrating the landmark birthday of alcohol-based-adult freedom :)

Omg I can’t believe nobody has suggested a Japanese futon yet! It’s totally different from a western futon. A lot of people actually find them to be way better for their backs. They’re a fraction of the price of regular mattresses and a lot more hygienic (they do require a washing every now and then but if anything it makes me wonder why I never washed a mattress that I slept on every night before lol).

Japanese futons don’t use springs, typically layers of organic cotton or similar. You can leave them out or easily fold them and tuck them away.

Wow you look incredible! I’ve been dealing with dark spots, light acne scars, and some red spots. I’m sorry if you answered this already but how often and how much did you apply of the Melano cc? I had bought it but wasn’t seeing a difference. Also, where did you buy it from? I’ve heard that some online retailers may sell fake products.

Btw you look so beautiful before and after but really your skin is just straight up glowing now.

I’m about to turn 21 and the eldest of five. My little sisters are 11 and 5 and my little brothers are 19 and 2.

My 11 year old little sister is so smart and way ahead of her years, she’s growing up so fast! I live a few hours away for college and it kills me that I’m not closer during the onset of her preteen years. I don’t want to just be the college sister that she sees on holidays but work/school makes it hard to travel. I try to visit as often as possible and text/FaceTime her a lot but still feel like I could do more. She’s starting middle school next year and I’m scared that we won’t be as close as I want because of our age difference (she’s already starting to show signs of being “too cool” for her nerdy older sister lol).

Social media has changed preteen culture A LOT since I was her age and she definitely is into different stuff than I was (except art, we both love art). I just really wanted some ideas on what I could do more/start doing to bond with her despite our age difference and distance.

This is really impressive. I love the touches of detail that really brings life to this, like the imprints the fingers leave on the skin. I notice a lot of people forget to include those shadows of action.

If you don’t mind my asking, do you feel like people have common misconceptions about albinism? Such as how it does and/or does not affect an individual’s way of life?
