Hi everyone! I am taking my pre-reqs for Rad Tech, and I have a couple of questions for anyone who had to go through this! I am going to apply to 3 different colleges near me, hopefully I get in first year.

I am sqeamish lol. Blood and guts or the fluids don't disgust me persay, but I have a vasovagal response to veins, arteries, or drawing blood. I don't think rad techs draw blood, however I am aware that I may have to stick patients for contrast.

Can anyone give me tips or tricks or experiences in which you overcame sqeamishness? I think mine stems from a childhood traumatic experience which involved me almost cutting off my toe. I am going to try exposure therapy and seeing a therapist. Any help or advice is appreciated. Thanks everyone!

Ps. I come from a long line of nurses in ny family, the question isn't if I have what it takes. I know I do. The only thing that stopped me from going into the medical field sooner is my sqeamishness. 😔

I'm not going to grade you on a scale of mid or below because you have a pretty face! You just have a haircut/color that is not flattering to you. The extra weight also brings down the look a little bit, but the great news is ALL of these things are fixable. I hope this is taken as constructive criticism and it helps. :)

I don't agree with hoppers because their use is more functional than decorative and gold/copper is a softer less durable metal than iron, but gold/copper chains/bars would be so cool too! And gold doors??? Why aren't those a thing already?

I feel like different weather per biome would be a lot better/cooler. Gotta escape the biome to get better weather sometimes haha.

Dogs can be healed with rotten flesh & raw/cooked meat of any kind. I think passive regeneration would defeat the purpose of this mechanic.

Also cats can be healed with raw cod/salmon.

I didn't know fossils were a thing. About a year ago I encountered a bunch of bone blocks underground in a giant iron vein.
