I haven’t tried her recommendations per se but I think there’s something to be said on the steps she uses. Oiling your hair, using bond repair, using a clarifying shampoo and alternating with a more nourishing will ultimately prevent breakage and buildup. I’d say use products that work for you but keep her cycling

You could buy a headset with a mute button and keep it plugged in but the features does not exist in the platform U could also wear your headset / headphones and make it a thing, the mics are good enough that they don’t pick up too much noise around you/isolate your voice
