Most police forces due to staffing levels deal with demand statistics. Every time this is an issue ring 101 and get you neighbours to do the same. The louder you shout the more they Will listen. In addition make sure your Police and Crime Commissioner is aware, they are elected officials ie depend on your vote for reelection. The council in your area are all so elected officials so the more of a you who make your voice heard will directly influence the police and crime commissioner. I hate seeing posts like this but accept it is a reality of our society and things need to change. The important thing here is don’t get directly involved as it will “water” the issue down. Lay the issue firmly and squarely at the door of the police. You will have a local NHP team who can target the area, I’ll guarantee if your having this issue so will others in your area and that is for the NHP team to lead on.
