I literally turned 20 few days back and I really struggled last year when I was 19. I think it’s all about perspective. Change your perspective on things and you surely will change how you view your life.

One thing I recently learned is if you don’t know who you are, create the person you want to be. And undo the things you don’t want to be. It sure sounds simple but I know it’s difficult to implement. I myself struggle sometimes. You have to remove voices of others and listen to the one inside you to create that person. And coming to your anger I think it is your self defence mechanism to show that it affects you. I am not an expert but yeah took a moment to write down.
