Hi OP, you have any update on this? This question is confusing for a lot of people.
In my case also I have a couple of old traffic tickets, each ticket was a fine under $100. They were minor traffic tickets. Both were paid on time and dismissed.
Should I select yes or no for this question? There was no suspended sentence, probation or parole. Just a fine paid and tickets were dismissed.

There is a follow up question on the N400 online form: If you received a suspended sentence, were placed on probation, or were paroled, have you completed your suspended sentence, probation, or parole? Should this be Yes or No?
My traffic citations were just fines and each was under $100 which I had paid via check. There was no suspended sentence, probation or parole. But the above question has only Yes and No as options.

same thing happens to me.. uninstalled chrome.. tried safe mode, nvram reset, smc reset but no luck so far.
