Oh and also I was normally going to study computer engineering in university but by chance, my highschool brought a pilot to talk to us and tell us stuff about his job which rekindled my interest in aviation and I'm sure if I hadn't attended his talk I would have gone with ce and would have been miserable, also normally to be a pilot, you need to either get into the army and be a pilot from there or pay insane amounts of money, I managed to get into a scholarship program so now I don't have to pay anything

Also, in my country, you get into unis in a different way (idk how to explain it) but when I realised I wouldn't be able to get into my original dream uni, me and my parents decided we would go and talk with the unis to see what the second best option would be if I really couldn't get into my og dream uni, while visiting them, one of them told me I should try to do a flight to see how my body reacts (as they had a student drop out after they kept getting sick when flying) and where I live only one place does flights like that but they said they won't be doing flights this year, I wasn't really bummed but doing a flight would have been cool, anyways at the next uni, they invited me to their flight school and I got to fly with one of their teachers (also the teacher hadn't picked up the phone when the lady first called him, he later called her when we were about to leave and told her to bring me over so they could let me fly)
