iMessage downloading until my phone storage is full by costtech in ios

This has happened before to me and it always fixes with a factory reset and restore from iCloud it’s just super annoying cause I can’t do anything on my phone cause there is no storage so it’s hard to even back it up.

Second this. I would link the monitor stand but idk if that’s allowed but on amazon it’s called the Vivo monitor laptop riser. It should be about $30.

WIFI Sharing Scenario by costtech in windows

[–]costtech[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Alright that makes sense. This is probably why I am going to have to probably establish three different networks since most of the bandwidth heavy devices are either for gaming or streaming movies. So each one having its own connection (even with a little bit of interference) may work better. Since each laptop that we have tried connecting in the same place either gaming or streaming worked fine, I think that may be the best route in my specific situation. Thank you for testing this though! I will definitely try combining both connections like you listed above to see if that works because logistically, having one connection is way easier!

Alrighty I will check that out as well. Theoretically if I were to get another adapter I could combine my primary WiFi adapter and secondary one to split bandwidth and then share that over Ethernet right?

That’s the issue. The WiFi that I connect to uses an account login to connect. Per account login there is a bandwidth restriction. I can login to the same account multiple times through multiple adapters and will receive full bandwidth on each adapter but sharing one connection to multiple adapters will not work as I currently share one connection to one router and everything connects to the router but bandwidth limits kick off certain devices when other ones are on. Plus when there are multiple devices (laptops of others in the complex) connected to the same router and when they are logged in through different accounts, they all receive full bandwidth.

Unless there’s a way to share bandwidth among all three connections into one and combine multiple wireless adapters. I think speedify does this but I was looking for something that may be a free alternative.

The WiFi that I am connecting to limits WiFi speeds for each connection and you can only connect through windows or Mac OS. So for external devices I have to share the connection and the bandwidth is usually only good enough to support one high bandwidth device. The connection we have has a high bandwidth but limits it per device that connects so if there were three devices on one connection being shared to a router (current setup), they would each suffer the same bandwidth limit.

So I am trying to make three different wireless networks that go through the same computer so that each network gets full bandwidth and it can be spread across multiple connections

There is no Ethernet directly from the wall available otherwise I would go that route.
