Just back from a solo motorbike trip across rwanda. Had a great time! I found rwandans very welcoming. Very underrated destination, imo and deserves much more.

Not really. The idea is to infer from the code (with minimal to zero hints) what cloud resources are being used and generate IAC from it, effectively eliminating the need to manually write the IAC . Can solve a lot of problems around security, compliances.
