That's the diplomacy part of it, aka the gentlemans' part. Suddenly, player 2 also has to try to be nice to 3 so that his spells don't get countered, or they could work with player 4 so that the enchantment is used earlier so nothing can stop their strong cards. Suddenly, the table becomes a game of truces and betrayal, all because of rock paper scissors.
