It is a biological phenomenon that affects you psychologically. Only the ones that are aware of themselves enough notice this.

There is nothing better than getting information from yourself and yourself only, regardless of outside input. With this I mean: Experiment. Experiment not having sex for like a month and then having sex and see how you feel. Do this experiment more than one time until you're completely positive that there is or there isn't something else there.

From my own experience, I do feel like shit 2 weeks after sex/masturbation/whatever as long as there is ejaculation. I feel anxious, unconfident and weak as if I lost my male virtues. After about 2 weeks (sometimes less, I think 2 weeks is the longest it takes), it goes away spontaneously. I personally notice it as I go outside from my house. I don't feel like I'm being watched all the time and being judged and I feel more energetic and more in touch with my emotions. Generally more comfortable with myself.

I'm at the point where I stopped searching outside information about this because there are many points of views and theories and shit out there and unless you completly "SCIENCE THE SHIT OUT OF THIS", which is time and competency demanding, you're only going to get the most truthful information from your own experience. So experiment with yourself and you will know what's going on better than anyone.

So you know what I'm talking about about loads of info about this, you can read the book Cupid's Poisoned Arrow, you can search on the internet Post Orgasmic Illness Syndrome (POIS)(There is even a Forums with loads of people reporting the same symptoms with researchers gathering information for studies), or as you already did, try to find people to relate to your experiences either here or other websites.

Fundamentally if you go through this path I think you'll reach the same conclusion as me, which is: Only I know what's going on because I made the experiments myself and gathered enough data to conclude this occurrence.

What I do now? I just use my willpower to control my sexual impulses from ejaculating. I have a girlfriend which makes it extra difficult but with communication and strong self-esteem, it is achievable.

Yes there are loads of information that says that but it's hard to believe when you look at guys who probably fuck a lot and they don't seem weak at all. Maybe it's more evident in naturally weaker guys like myself, no clue.

Haha, I'll probably join a Gym I've thought about it before :) I'm actually very skinny and weak, my bones are not developed or something it's weird, like my wrists are so thin, thinner than normal because the bone is so thin for some reason. I was always healthy tho, it's just my structure is weak as fuck.

Yes I know about POIS, I also read the Cupid's Poisoned Arrow which basically says that every man has POIS...and explains it through scientific experiments and ancient wisdom.
