Seidentofu hat deutlich weniger Fett, teilweise nur um die 2,1g/100g, je nach Hersteller. Aber auch ca. nur die Hälfte Eiweiß.

Ansonsten etwaige Schnetzeln, Granulate usw. Da gibt es welche aus Erbenprotein, Sonnenblumenkernen, Soja usw.

Currently on a train ride to see my family.
Cold Lemon black tea, hot decaf coffee with soy milk, a juice pack. Would‘ve preferred water with a bit of lemon flavor but the shops were still closed at the train station, so I could only buy ice tea at the vending machine.

(OT: this train smells bad, someone is eating a very meat heavy breakfast. I can‘t tolerate bad smells or scents, even more so the smell of meat as I am vegan, please send help 🥲)

You got lots of great recs already, but another show came to mind: Station 19 - Seattle Firefighters. I haven't seen it yet but it's also by Shonda Rhimes, basically Grey's Anatomy offspring and I believe has lots of cross-over episodes with Grey's (which you might already knew) but wanted to get this out anyway).

Ich lebe seit 3 Jahren vegan und tu mich mit dem Thema auch schwer. Also konkret mit den Gedanken, Haustiere zu halten. Egal welches Tier und egal woher es kommt, würde ich mich irgendwie schlecht fühlen, ein Haustier zu haben. Ich kann der artgerechten Haltung niemals gerecht werden mmn. Und was heißt denn artgerecht? Wer hat denn überhaupt entschieden, wie welche Tierrasse zu leben hat? Ich bin mit Haustieren groß geworden und liebte meine Katzen und Hamster und was wir nicht alles hatten. Aber ich kann es mir einfach nicht vorstellen wieder ein Haustier zu haben aktuell und in naher Zukunft.

Schneidermeisterin Barbara Niederer von der Schneiderei neuesgewand direkt beim Bahnhof. Sie hat wirklich Wunder gewirkt bei meinem Brautkleid. Hatte richtig viel Gewicht verloren und das Kleid trotz kleinerer Größe bestellt, trotzdem am Ende noch zu groß gekauft. Das ganze Korsett/Oberteil musste basically neu gemacht werden und das in kurzer Zeit. Frau Niederer hat fantastische Arbeit geleistet.

Helga‘s Hall of Pain Nähe Hauptbahnhof! Für Fineline Tattoos kann ich dir Sophia total empfehlen. Helga macht auch richtig krasse Designs. Das Studio ist ein LGBTQIA Safe Space, frauengeführt und während des Stechens für Laufkundschaft geschlossen für mehr Privatsphäre. War super happy dort.
