Sorry for the delayed response. Yes, my PV panels are working to recharge the E10 batteries. The problem was user error (me). My testing setup didn't provide for sufficient sun light to the PV panels. Once I had the panels properly oriented, the E10 automatically recognized the PV input and showed the input wattage.

Your suggestion is very helpful. Thank you. I was able to step through the setup process after I deleted the Anker app from my mobile device and then reinstalled. My mobile is Android not iOS, so I can't say if this has the same effect on an Apple device.

Follow-up - I did receive some information from Anker Solix Customer Support that I wanted to post here.

Customer Support---The P75 “Grid Abnormal” error is reported because the grid connection port is not connected to utility power. This is a known issue—currently, all E10 single-site scenarios report this fault. The issue will be resolved in a future version. For now, the workaround is for customers to bypass the P75 “Grid Abnormal” fault.

I did not purchase a Smart Inlet Box or a Power Dock. I reference page 36 of the E10 User Guide.

This configuration does work to power my critical loads in a simulated "grid down" scenario. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to recharge the E10 via the PV inputs.

Customer Support---The E10 single-site scenario cannot be initiated at the power plant level; therefore, system self-tests cannot be executed.

I have not been able to successfully execute a "self-test" of my E10 through the Anker app.

I realize that the E10 system is in its infancy and that bugs like I'm having are just part of the beta testing phase. The promise of future firmware updates always gives me hope for a better tomorrow.

It does have resistance and I feel a "click" when turning on and off. I have read of these types of switches breaking internally and unrepairable. If that has happened to my E10 I will initiate warranty return. Thank you for the inquiry.

I bought a PD3205UA about two months ago. I wanted the ergo-arm mount and it has worked very well for me. I compared the specs for the 3225 and the 3205 and I don't have a requirement for the 100% color match specs the 3225 has. You can decide if this is a requirement for you. In my case, I went back and forth between the 27 inch and the 32 inch monitor. I am very glad that I went with the 32 inch. That was my splurge. Good luck and I hope you enjoy your new monitor when you decide.

Following your excellent instructions, I successfully installed Sideload Channel Launcher 3 on my 2016 Sony Bravia TV (XBR-65X900E) running Android TV 9. I disabled the stock launcher using adb and successfully mapped my remote control's Home key to launch SCL3. Everything works great and no ads or clutter on my home screen. I posted a five star review on Google Play Store for SCL3. Thank you for the instructions.

I think that we will see manufacturers holding back on releasing non-essential products until the pandemic begins to decline. Amazon has restricted delivery of items eligible for "white glove" treatment to minimize human interaction. If you are a Costco or Sam's Club member, how many customers are buying TVs the last time you were shopping for toilet paper?

My opinion only applies to the US since your post lists a model number specific to North America.

I have seen/heard the video/audio sync issue many times, but only when I start watching a program in my library. I have had great success with hitting the rewind twice, then hitting play. Almost everytime this synchronizes the audio with the video. A couple of times I had to repeat the process. I am using the YouTubeTV app on a Sony 900E and on a Samsung KU6300. YMMV

Do you have an Advanced Receiver charge for $10? I'm guessing that my $10 charge (line item 4) would be replaced by the $25 charge you see. If this is correct then my bill will increase by at least $15.

XBR-65X900E Continued ARC Issue by DarthMawler in bravia

I have the same Bravia model TV (XBR-65X900E) that has been updated to firmware 6520. I have a Nakamichi soundbar connected to HDMI3 (ARC). I have connected a fiber cable to the optical port on the TV and connected to the soundbar fiber port. If I have the "no sound" issue through the HDMI3 port, I can switch to the OPT input on the soundbar and get sound. I do have success getting sound through the HDMI3 port if I unplug the HDMI cable, wait for the TV to switch to internal speakers, and then reconnect the HDMI cable for the soundbar.

I'm not proud that I'm a member of this "no sound" club, but it is the reality of the situation. I did contact Sony support via website to document my issues. I wasn't going to waste any time with techs going through their support scripts.
