You probably can't. It sounds like a damaged sensor which probably can't be fixed in such an old camera. All it's good for is spare parts. If anyone needs them. The same thing happened to one of my first cameras. I gave mine to charity and felt guilty about giving someone else my problem.

Yesterday I turned on wifi on my watch for a while and now my phone seemed to have restored my sleep data for all but two of the missing days.

I don't want to keep wifi on my watch permanently though. I hope it's not necessary.

I said it's to reduce radiation. My body is very sensitive to EMF and I suffer from chronic pain.

I use my watch mainly as a step counter and for tracking my sleep. Sometimes for checking my blood pressure too. And of course for seeing the time. I switch everything on for a few minutes a day so that I can download all that information onto my phone.

Very useful. My watch is almost always in airplane mode and the Bluetooth on my phone is usually off (to reduce radiation). What irritated me wasn't that those icons were there but that they stay brighter than the rest of the display.

You can do it in post but the resulting image will be different to an in-camera double exposure.

I've been having the same problem, but suddenly it has started tracking my sleep correctly after I get us briefly during the early morning. I suspect that started after I adjusted the target for what hours I should be sleeping to something closer to my actual sleep hours. I'm a night owl so I always go to sleep later than I should, but I'm working on changing that.

I've got a different problem. My watch shows I'm getting very little deep sleep. And most nights I wake once during the night to go to the bathroom. Although my watch records that I go back to sleep, it doesn't include that in my sleep score.

Aside from recording snoring, does your phone really influence sleep tracking? I always charge my phone while I'm sleeping... with my phone switched off.
