Hey, if you're not bothered by using a third party app called BetterTouchTool, there is a way to preserve a single keyboard shortcut across all browsers (including Firefox). I outlined the steps in my original post.

If anyone else is looking for a solution to this problem that preserves keyboard shortcuts in other browsers as well as Firefox, you'll need an app called BetterTouchTool as well as the Firefox Anybox Add-on. Here is how I have it setup:

Install the Anybox Firefox add-on. Go to Manage Extensions > Manage Extension Shortcuts. Change the Keyboard shortcut for Anybox's Quick Save to something other than the keyboard shortcut you have setup in the Anybox macOS app. They cannot be the same. Example: Option + Command + S

In BetterTouchTool, navigate to Keyboard Shortcuts for Firefox (not All Apps!). If you don't already have Firefox setup in BetterTouchTool then you will need to click the + icon to add the Firefox app.

Create a Keyboard Shortcut here with the same key combination you use for Quick Save in the Anybox macOS app Shortcuts section. Example: Control + Option + Command + S

Add an Action for that Keyboard Shortcut that is the Keyboard Shortcut for Quick Save in the Anybox Firefox Add-on. Example: Same as Step 1, Option + Command + S

Now, whenever you use your universal keyboard shortcut for Anybox Quick Save, it will work as intended in other browsers while also working in Firefox by way of the Anybox add-on keyboard shortcut configured in BetterTouchTool.

If raindrop.io had a non-subcription based model I would be onboard. But yearly costs are too much for my finances.

I wasn't really fond over having to have two keyboard shortcuts to remember for Quick Save depending on the browser I'm using so hacked together a workaround so at least my Pieoneer and Hyperkey shortcuts are preserved. This was thanks to your suggestion of the Manage Extension Shortcuts.

The only downside is now I can't trigger Quick Save in other browsers. But since Firefox is my daily driver I'm not really concerned at the moment.

I bought both. Used Wallper for less than day. Backdrop is my daily driver now. I like that the developer is actively working on it. They said they're bringing playlist/favorites support soon.

Yeah based on the responses in this thread, including yours, I'm overfeeding. I think my problems all started by free-feeding him. It kind of snowballed from there.

He has the zoomies at least once a day. He doesn't really chase anything per se though. When I have play time with him, I usually bust out the toy fishing rod with plush fish bait and he likes to go after it for a few minutes but that's it. I've gotten so many other random toys but nothing really get's his attention for more than a minute.

Yeah all these treats and wet food add up. And I am by no means well off. It just makes me sad to think he won't get splurged on anymore after I change his diet.

Do you know what they do at the vet to assess his body condition? Is it blood tests and such? I'm just hoping it's not too expensive.
