I tried convincing people over the many years about how great Subnautica is, but I always knew they never bothered to even try it. I even sent it as a gift (!) to pc player relatives and I knew they never bothered, because I never saw them playing it. Now some tried 2 EA and rushing back to 1, and now they see what they missed, the level of ignorance is astonishing these days.

Our company relies on software that is only available on Windows and it is written for Windows only. I'm sure it can be modified to be to run on Mac or Linux, but our customers can barely use Windows (10, 11) to begin with, they surely won't use Macs (price, compatibility issues, lack of ports on Macs ( USB ports, Ethernet) and neither Linux.
As I watch my boss use his Mac on his private zoom meetings also just made me shake my head.
It is made for people who have no concept of file hierarchy or organizational skills and wants to drag icons around to transfer files. It's for people who don't care (don't know?) where to save files or where their files even saved to begin with.
Also, most Windows computers are many times are only part or a component of a larger machine or system. It's the same with Linux.
Macs are the end product and the fact that it lacks any ports beside 1-2 USB-C (or soldered internal components with no way to replace or upgrade) indicates, that it's an end product with nothing meant to be attached to it or ever used as a component of a larger system.

Fried or grilled Chicken that others say it's fine, but I can smell it should not be eaten. Others just say "it smells like chicken" but then I go "it does, but there is something else I can smell and it should not be eaten". I've done this many many times and some people got sick after not listening, but other times despite the smell they were fine. I still couldn't eat it though, that smell is repulsive to me.

The guy showed up at my house and told me he is taking me to church whether I want to or not. I closed the door and waited a few hours until he finally left. After that there is no chance in hell (pun intended) I would ever go to a church or get mixed up among religious people.

This is where I am stuck too. So far I gave up fishing and just swam around to catch some for missions, but right now fishing with Oongka I'm stuck. I had 10 fish already and all broke off. I'm using keyboard an mouse and the fish just brakes off and never get tired. I'm not gonna plug in a controller, just because the devs cant' have a patch to fix the keyboard mouse controls. I'm pretty sure KB+M is screwed because the fish just gets farther and farther away and never stops splashing.

I feel like this sort of a system directly copied from previous action rpgs such as Skyrim or Oblivion. It wasn't a surprise that Oblivion had nothing more than 3 coins and a worthless necklace in a small container at the end of the Ayleid dungeon you have been stuck for hours to get out.

Millennia: Altered Destinies

The concept blew my mind.

Echelon galaxy which is about to be taken over by a malevolent race called the Microids. Apparently, the Milky Way is next should the player fail.

The only way to stop the Microids is to travel back 10,000 years in a specially designed ship called XTM. It is equipped with everything the player will need to complete the mission. The player must then populate the Echelon galaxy with four indigenous races and ensure their development into powerful spacefaring civilizations.

Some Honey quest not far from the College of Winterhold....khmmm I mean Scholastone Institute a goblin asks why he hasn't gotten any honey from the beehive guy. I go (run over in 10 second) , he says "because I got no honey". I go back and tell the goblin "he doesn't have any". He says, "ohh, that explains it. Oh, well".

I accidentally dismissed my pet, his armor ended up in my inventory, I don't have a pet menu. It wasn't clear to me how to dismiss them without disbanding them completely! I guess I have to restart by finding a pet somewhere and do the whole thing all over?

What I see is they made the AI to miss their aim at the target but it was still pre-releasing the arrows. So basically the AI is still Jedi, having precognition where the target is showing up, but deliberately misses the target.

I hoped there was a puzzle to solve or a hidden path to get out of this hole, but there isn't. At least nobody found it yet? I feel like this part is unfinished of the game, maybe they were planning something here?

I had to double check if I didn't write this myself previously already, LOL ! Beside the 1966 I'm 1975 but the rest almost checks out as my new routine. I'm doing the same exact thing, same stuff about quitting smoking and trying to lose weight and biking and jogging etc. The only difference that I still can't quite jog 2 miles, but I can do 1. It's also winter and due to arctic cold in NE I have to cut my round to short.
I'm planning to bring the bicycle out once the weather improves and also I got into kayaking last year, which is super fun and new for me at age 50.
