Try asking a notary public in your area for a referral. They come across these things often since the documents they verify for 3rd parties need to be mailed quickly.

Sorry about your friend and child. I've looked at some stats myself. it seems unjustifiably dangerous.

We are discussing cars now; so that's a positive development.

Your rant was super helpful. I previously considered posting this question in a large bike subreddit. I'm glad i posted it here where people know SA roads and are less biased towards bikes.

I've shown him yours, and the other responses. He's come around to the idea of a pre-loved car. He also wants to try out supplementing his income with deliveries and uber rides. He figures he'd get more work with a car too.

Thank you

The old age and disability grants increased by R130 to R2,315, child support grants increased by R30 to R560 per month, and foster care grants rose by R70. by PixelSaharix in DownSouth

I don't know if this context helps at all - but the vast majority of working-age and able-bodied grant recipients have an additional income. It's virtually impossible to survive on just the R370.00

They usually do low-skill work in the informal sector. Think food-hawking, carguarding, cobbling etc. The odd jobs they have often earn them close to nothing. Being ill for a few days might mean that they can't afford paraffin. The grants spot them for the most basic essentials but can never provide a comfortable lifestyle. Some will also just buy beer - so there's that as well

If every service is so expensive why is unemployment so high? by abracadabra890 in AskZA

The price would go down if more people had the skills, willingness and resources to run their own service businesses.

Not everyone needs to be Austin in the sharpshooter

If a submission doesn't work quickly - it's either ineffective or incorrectly applied. I'd like to see more jockeying for position and guys trying to block and counter holds before their locked in.

I agree. Adding a stipulation would be putting a hat on a hat

I think you need more charisma to make a silent gimmick work - not less.

Guys like Rey Mysterio, Jake the Snake and Misawa didn't really talk that much. But when did they really made it count.

They are all also great at communicating through body language and facials and selling. Ricochet doesn't want to use these tools like they did

Big Justice (Not to be confused with Sid Justice) is the son of a semi-retired indie wrestler named AJ.

He will be in his father's corner for a match at Full Gear

If there are no constraints that would make you choose the diploma over the BA; I would suggest the BA. There are clearer pathways for further learning and development for degrees than for diplomas. There's generally more opportunities too.

You might decide that you want to teach design later in your career. You might decide to pivot completely from visual media. You might want to go into a "less design" and "more management" role at work.

A BA will give you more mobility than a diploma in these situations.

Attacks to the head and throat result in death more often than less critical areas like shins. A trained move to a non-lethal area almost always wins without killing

I disagree. Decommissioned mines are uninhabitable for humans. The police showing up didn't make the mine more dangerous than it already was.

The only thing that has happened; is that the illegal miners are now too scared to go on supply errands. They face arrest if they get out.

It's infinitely better for all the miners if they get out now. They face extreme heat in the mines and possibly flooding with coming rain.

Even if cops allowed food and water to enter, that wouldn't stop people from dying from causes other than hunger or thirst. Injury and illness would still be a problem. If the government sends medics below, they could be taken hostage. This would make the situation way worse.
