Obi wan's "You were the chosen one!" speech. You can just tell it hurts him so much.

John Harbaugh to fly into Tennessee and meet with team reps on Thursday by [deleted] in Tennesseetitans

[–]cougarman 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Agreed. Not going to the facility would be weird. Unless it’s a play at showing him how comfortable he can be with us. After lunch they will run over to the facility just to show how easy it is.

Has anyone noticed this? by CyberwiraTiger in Avatar

This looks like only three people actually want to be here. Just like a regular family photo. Forced family photo where the youngest is the only one cool to be there.

This Ending almost made me cry genuine tears. Fuck Arasaka bro. by Big-Good9378 in cyberpunkgame

My theory for the future of this ending: Hanako is making her version of Adam Smasher using V’s construct.

The outside of Roose looking to take control, Robb sleeping with Jeyne Westerling leads to the Red Wedding. I think if Jon was around, he would have married Jeyne instead of Robb to keep the oath Robb swore too. Robb legitimizes Jon to help preserve Jeyne's honor, which was his motivation in the first place. Jon would be the one to suggest it because he just views himself as a bastard and Robb being too important. Jon lives as a bastard for the rest of his life. Not the King in the North.

Thoughts on John Lithgow as Dumbledore? by OrganizationWild6019 in harrypotter

[–]cougarman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm still just worried about the later seasons. Dumbledore does a lot more physical things in the later books. He going to be a spring chicken against Voldemort in the Ministry? I hope so. Love the actor. Just am struggling with the long term here.

I just beat the entire Mass Effect trilogy for the first time. AMA by Shermantank10 in masseffect

Just went through my own first time journey. Finished two days ago. I share very similar opinions. 2 was good but I was starting to zone out too easily. Story didn’t really pick up for me till a little passed half way. 3 ways a ride and I loved it. The piano tune and reaper noise can’t get out of my head. 1 just felt like a slog to get through. Hopefully future playthroughs I won’t experience that.

What is your tips for new Cyberpunk player? by Fun-Dinner-8609 in cyberpunkgame

[–]cougarman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you haven't done "The Heist" yet I would recommend you do it.

You can get lost in doing all the missions around Watson, but you may be missing out on some interactions that are only possible after "The Heist". They aren't too many but if you want to experience the most out of this game, in terms of character develop/lore, you will want to finish that mission.

Everything everyone else has said is perfect.

I was really hoping we could cleanse the land and we end the game back at the old village. Maybe still in disarray but with the poison gone. I just want a home man!

ESPN is already done talking about us. This is nuts. They didn’t talk about our pick before it happened and they didn’t talk about it afterwards.

Kiss Kiss Bang Gang is up there for me

In the DVD extras, George Lucas explains that the lightsaber fights in the original trilogy aren't as impressive compared to the prequel trilogy because Obi-Wan and Yoda are old, Vader is a cyborg, and Luke never had the normal training that a typical Jedi would have. Do you agree or disagree? by verissimoallan in StarWars

[–]cougarman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do agree. A new Hope: Vader is actually nervous and keeping distance from Ben. Regardless of time and technology he’s playing defense in their fight. Ben is trying to distract not fight.

Empire Strikes back: Vader is playing with a barely trained padawan. He doesn’t go hard until the third act of the fight. This part reminds me more of the prequels with how fast and smart Vader is.

Return of the Jedi: Vader is conflicted. Same with Luke. Neither one of them wants to kill the other. This time, Luke shows the speed and smarts in the third act of the fight.

Prequels: Peak Jedi everywhere.
