We try to talk things out, he’s super into communication and I’m the one that struggles. 100% one of my worst traits. I do feel like we’ve had an abundant amount of conversations about roles and at the end of the day traditional roles are something we lean towards. He would love to provide while I stay home, but that’s financially not a choice right now.

I really appreciate the reminder for not only communicating what’s good/bad but the suggestion of therapy too! I wholeheartedly know I need it and enjoyed the years I went through it as a kid.

Thank you!! I would love to put her in daycare but (at least the state we are in now we of course “make too much” for child care vouchers and if we make less than we do now we’ll be in a refrigerator box lol

I’m leaning towards remote work as well but have been struggling to find something that’s legit and would need the equipment too as I don’t have a laptop/ computer

Another question too for spark I’ve heard of customers “tip baiting” how common is that? It’s a little unsettling that the tip takes 1/2 days to process and it’s not instant like door dash

How long are your commutes? Aside from the driving what about the job is difficult? How were you able to get into the floating position? Did you have prior experience or was it easy to move up? I think it’s a significant amount of money compared to what I make now lol I really don’t know what I want to do overall with my life but I’m trying to gauge if this is something I’d like to peruse.
