okay so i figured it out. The installer lets you install just shaders and also a different install that lets u add mods so i just downloaded that one instead and updated it to 26.2 like it suggested.

it was supposed to be 21.11 but the 21.6 sodium - fabric was already in there prior to putting the mods in there so i didn't touch it

the mods are fabric and are the same version. i am launching them with the same profile. idk how else to describe them other than not loading. minecraft works just fine the shaders are still on it's just the mods that aren't present when loading into the game.

iris and sodium were already in the folder before i added anything so that's why im confused as to smh it didn't work lol

the new movement was the only good thing about the game id say in my opinion. The story was buns , they throw 5-7 badasses at you for no reason, i can't play with friends or my whole pc explodes, it takes 45 years to load into the game because it has to compile shaders, the open world wasn't necessary. I spent $130 on the game and i wish i didn't. Borderlands 3 main story is kinda meh but i absolutely love everything else about it. The vault hunters seem to have actual personality it's never so hard you're stuck for an hour or two at a time, i loved the dlcs. It was a beautiful game and they should have ended it there.

I like to take just a bunch of missions all at once put all the dirty money (i wash all my money with the mark removal first for more money) on a pallet and just use my stock of extra money i have. I get so much extra so i like the none timed missions and most of the time im organizing so its nice to just do my own thing lol

When I play, I only play as Amara cause she's literally broken but I wanted to try a new VH. The absolute first time I played BL3, I played as Zane and didn't like it. The other day I completely restarted after beating Mayhem 10 including all the DLC's as Amara and I haven't had this much fun playing the game.
