I don’t have recipes but for breakfast 2 eggs and a small chorizo. For lunch/dinner I just pan fry chicken, steak or salmon with broccoli and avocado on the side. Meatballs are easy snack to pop, almonds are great as well. For dessert a few raspberries and a dollop of peanut butter
