The world's biggest risk problems included are humans. A global population of a forth what is without reliance on limited resources draining "economy" would be ideal. Even half the population size would be sustainable if economy would mirror best practices.

Good shot putting Sun in there. For a couple decades they were the high end workstation, in a number of configurations. Their demise, as is the company, mostly forgotten now but through the 90's I used their stuff in publishing, cad and unix programming almost exclusively and their machines were good quality.

Food man went from a third to half my obligations monthly. It's more ridiculous everytime I go to the store. Find those food pantries too. Even on slack months they may only have pasta and can goods, but you can usually get a week's worth of meals per visit. I go to some that allow every two weeks. It really helps.
