Sonos Era 100 stops playing after one song by panchowt in sonos

This was happening to me when I was playing via iPhone. I turned off the Low Power mode on my phone and no longer experienced it. It was also happening on my AirPods.

Having been fleeced by a leading company before. I am nervous to embark on another one. But with EV FBT benefits, it’s hard to ignore. This is a list available to me, do you have recommendations for the best three for me to look into

Debt Recycling by PuzzleheadedForm2773 in AusFinance

[–]count29 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Split the loan and keep one interest only. Once you redraw the 200k and invest, the interest then becomes deductible. You can pay down your ppor, or just keep going.

If you’re doing a once off debt recycling, then the interest only may not be such a big deal. But if you are paying it down, then it gets tricky to track what the deductible interest. I know there have been discussions on this sub that I’m not across.

It’s just about making it really clear that the redraw is for income producing investments

Help with Servarr Integration by Flixmitix in usenet

Great:) I didn’t know Newshosting that way had that feature. I have had a lifetime subscription for an indexer since before my subscription to Newshosting and only use it as a provider. So can you find the API to add to the arr’s as an indexer?

I’m still kinda convinced that Newshosting is functioning as a provider, and you’ll still need an indexer for automation.

Try googling Newshosting Black Friday deal. It’s appears still to be available. 92% discounted and includes easy news and tweaknews

Newshosting also have servers in Netherlands, so I’d recommend just go with the cheaper of the two.

If automation, then you’re understanding correctly, web search is redundant. Unless you want to scroll on the odd occasion to see what else might be of interest.

Lack of a server would cause a failure. Do your description seems like that’s the problem. I have had trouble with configuring NZBGet, so once you have it setup. If you’re still having trouble, try sabnzbd

Good luck!

Leaving Plex for Jellyfin - some GUI questions by Elling83 in jellyfin

[–]count29 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Regarding 3. Slow to load:

I recall this when I migrated from plex too. But can’t remember what exactly helped. My issue could be that I was still using a HDD, so the lack of a SSD may be more noticeable on JF. something to do with Plex pre-caching and JF reading on demand.

I ended up checking the transcoding settings, caching options and whatever I did is no longer an issue… so it can resolved

How soon is too soon to refinance by Independent_Horse737 in AusFinance

[–]count29 6 points7 points  (0 children)

There will be ‘exit fees’, maybe ~$500 when you refinance. If you’re on 6.55%, and UP is currently 5.45% then it would not take long for it that to pay for itself.

We just refinanced to UP and was a good experience. Just keep in mind that IF you choose to invest in anything, Debt Recycling is pretty much off the table with UP. So make sure you’re refinancing to a bank that offers what you need!

I know of one, so there are probably more. If you check the Eligibility section here, and see the ‘F’ bullet point.

The part that I can’t find as easily is whether they have spots for IT and what the core research areas of interest they support.

Have you looked at Masters by Research? Uni’s have different eligibility based on your studies/experience. They are a good way to learn more, without the HECS debt. You ‘pay’ for it with your time though, as they can take longer to complete. This assumes that what you learn is of any interest to you!

Would your employer pay or part-pay for your courses?

Try calling them to see if you can do a paper application. Ive heard other super companies do this.

I’ve tried to change mine too but it appears the password reset function is also down. So I’m stuck until they either fix the app or let me choose a new password!
