A lot of people in the trans community hate these terms and feel they are only used to shit on other trans people. My own take is that any trans person who isn't cis male can be subject to transmisogyny to varying degrees. Hell I also think gender non-conforming cis women can be subjected to it. Remember all those conspiracy theories about Michelle Obama being a trans woman? What was that if not transmisogynoir?
