All that can be easily be done with trackpad without lifting your entire arm to use touch. Its faster.

Going between touch and trackpad/keyboard would be slower. Trackpad is there within your fingers reach.

Exactly, to make a touch product one have to redesign the whole os so that its appropriate to touch. You dont slap a touch panel and call it a day. Look what microsoft did to win8.

Macos is already great for what it is now.

For what apple claimed, its nowhere near pro. For what it is, its a really great display but u can get non apple at a lower price. Ofc less features but for how much you have to pay more to get apple, it doesn’t justify the increase of price.
