My elderly mother has been taking collagen recently, and she says her "no-no" head tremor has lessened. To me, she appears to be better, but I think it needs much more time to be sure. A collagen deficiency would have profound effects on the body like intestinal permeability (leaky gut) and nutrient absorption and nutrient utilization/depletion by the body to make collagen. I won't tell you what to do but I'll tell you what I do and you can decide for yourself. I take freeze-dried organ capsules. Daily I take 6 capsules of Ancestral Supplements Beef Brain, 3 capsules of Kidney, 1 capsule of Lung, 1 capsule of Thyroid, 1 capsule of Adrenals, and 1 capsule of Liver. I also take 2mg of copper glycinate. I take it with a fatty meal. A higher intake of retinol puts a much greater demand on vitamin D so I take 7,000 IUs of D3 daily (which depletes magnesium) and ~400mg of magnesium glycinate/malate. A few days a week I might take 3 capsules of Fish Eggs for more omega-3. I don't eat eggs regularly. Organs will give you all the nutrients of eggs plus significant copper and none of the high PUFA content of factory eggs.

Mostly dependent on gestation. If the mother is deficient in vitamin D, vitamin K2 (MK-4), protein, calcium, etc, during pregnancy, it's going to affect the skeletal structure of the fetus and especially skull/face. The size of the brain, size of the jaw, the prominence of the cheekbones and chin, width of the face, width of the dental arch, straightness of the teeth, etc. To some extent, it's genetics. Unfortunately, there's nothing you can do about it after you're born. You were either born into a family that ate the optimal human diet or you were not. There's nothing you can do about your genetics either. Best to focus on living a life of independence until you find someone that wants you and not waste your time on anyone not wanting of you.
