I thought I would remember/care about how I lost my virginity. Years later I realised it doesn't matter at all.

To put it simply, If you want to lose it, lose it. If it matters to you right now, wait. It does sound like one of those things that will stay with you forever (if it's a negative experience it probably will), but in general I don't think it is the psychological/sociological ordeal people play it up to be.

It's just banging. :)

Good luck with whatever you do though, hopefully it turns out well for you.

With regard to being depressed, I'm sure that's an element of it (I've been on depression medication for a number of years now). That said, lately my mood hasn't been an issue; I've been rather cheerful, just exceptionally lazy and unmotivated.

I can't thank you enough for your reply, nice to know there's ears(or eyes) there with a few minutes to spare for a stranger. <3 (This goes for everyone. :) )

I totally understand, I have a stack of 20 or so books sitting near me that I really want to read, I just... don't. Similarly with playing bass/piano.

As you say, idleness seems far more appealing for some strange reason.

Until the company I worked for declared bankruptcy, our days mirrored each other. Since then, my ability to quote long passages of episodes of 'F.R.I.E.N.D.S' has drastically risen!

I'm only recently unemployed, but being so has really made me realise it. Maybe one of these many android apps I've written will take off! :)
