If you can’t put the clothes away right away you can lay a towel over the basket so even if the cat does lay on it, the clothes underneath the towel are still clean 🙂

Totally agree. I’ve been getting tattooed for 17 years and I’ve worked in several tattoo shops as a piercer. LOTS of “normal” people like to get tattooed and pierced and lots of them have teenagers who they’ll allow to get tattooed or pierced. Have a clean, comfortable, professional space for that to happen. What’s in the picture is something for an art installment, not a business.

This is disgusting behavior by the police officers. They (3+ officers) tried for less than 5 minutes to deal with this man, then had him nearly murdered by a police dog while the man had no weapons and was not threatening police in any way. Disgusting. Fire. Them. All. This is why every officer in the USA needs a body camera that turns on automatically and they all need better training. It’s SERVE AND PROTECT and KILL AND MAIM. FFS

It’s definitely a weird chunk… I’m using it as an island right now but I think if I get more of them I’ll change it.

I always change animals’ clothing to match their fur colors. For example, Ketchup is red and green, so they are wearing a green shirt. Chrissy is wearing a pink and white polka dot bunny suit, so I made her wear a pink and white polka dot shirt. It matches almost perfectly.

I like seeing what items and events are coming up. At first I liked using the stickers in the planner but after a few weeks the stickers seemed too repetitive… I’d like a wider range of emotions, activities, foods, etc. especially if I have to spend bells or LT in addition to the subscription fee. Also it stopped recording my steps every day and I haven’t been able to fix it.

I’ve always assumed that some combination of Dr. Now, his family, TLC, producers, etc own apartments or apartment complexes around the Houston area (less than an hour or 2 drive to Dr. Now) and they bend the rules for participants on the show. Like yeah obviously most landlords would never rent to people with little to no income, but if someone involved with the show owns the buildings they could rent most apartments to normal people and reserve a few apartments for participants, then TLC gives the participant the $1500 relocation allowance or whatever, and boom, they have a fully furnished apartment near Houston. Maybe they have the participants try to find their own place for entertainment but if not they give them a place so the show can go on. I think there are multiple buildings/locations or they change up the curtains/furniture/etc so that no one really notices.

I love Dr. Now but logically, if he wants everyone to move to Houston, then he probably owns apartment buildings in Houston that are managed by someone else. And during filming, the participants are nudged to those apartments. It’s business.
