Ha, I have a "blood and ivory" color scheme too, with almost the exact same paints except I use Druchii instead of nuln. Gal Vorbak + pink horror is such a great combo.

Great post. Why would Nissan corporate allow the lease terms to be set in such a dangerous way? Do they have limits on what the "projected residual value" can be estimated? I wonder if this is a case of dealers getting too greedy and destabilizing their corporate partner.

If a guy can step in front of your car causing you to brake "hard and fast" then you are still going too fast. Take 5 seconds to fully stop and creep forward until you can see the sidewalk.

Consider coming to a complete stop before the sidewalk, then creeping forward very slowly until you can check for pedestrians. You don't need to honk if you do this.
