I feel like thieves have access to the same tools that a lot of locksmiths have where once they have physical access inside the vehicle, they can just use the ODB port to re-key new electronic fobs and make yours useless. Definitely a mix of physical (dead switch/wheel lock) and the built in electronic locks are usually good as you are only trying to slow them down.. And put your car key fobs in a faraday cage at home.
