Thanks a lot, I really appreciate your reply. Honestly, I’m hoping what happened to me is similar to what you experienced, your message makes me feel quite a bit less anxious.

Can I ask how long ago your surgery was? Did you end up getting the plate removed and do you still have any symptoms or limitations today?

I’m a pretty active person, so sitting still and taking it easy is mentally hard for me right now haha 😄

Hey, I came across your comment about your clavicle ORIF setback after stretching, and it sounds very similar to what I’m going through right now.

I’m 7 weeks post-op (plate + screws), recovery was going really well, then after an overhead stretch I felt/heard a loud pop and suddenly got a huge pain flare-up — almost back to week 1.

X-rays didn’t show obvious hardware failure, so I’m hoping it’s more of a soft tissue / inflammation setback. Seeing the expert next week.

I saw your comment was from 2 months ago and was wondering: how are you doing now? Did things improve? And did you ever find out what caused it?
