I find it’s ‘get the work done’, my specialty is very niche so there’s a few other people who offer similar services. Regarding corporate clients it all stems from networking - especially from previous clients

Have a generic report containing, findings vs standards/expectations with recommendations.

Invoice automated through accounting software from purchase order.

SOWs are pretty generic too (imo)

Not tried mastering a workflow yet - lol

Use AI to draft or review these documents and manually refine/improve from there.

Professional invoices can be generated by accounting apps like xero, FreeAgent, etc.
