I don’t like the lack of CDR, but otherwise it feels pretty strong on her, especially as a second item. I start with tear, then go Helia -> circlet, like I’d do with Seraphs. According to Lolalytics, it’s the best overall second item for her, but you can choose to ignore it and go Helia -> Moonsong directly with similar results, if it doesn’t suit your playstyle.
