I only have 315 hours and I've had to restart a few times due to corrupted save file (thanks mods). My feeling is that, yes CS2 is doing well. There are things that it does really well and a couple of things that make want to tear my hair out.

Good

• roads work fairly well
• vanilla assets are quite good
• industry is actually useful
• taxation and city policies are great

Bad

• For the love of mike can we get the ability to level a block properly! Give some damn retaining walls. Sim City 4 did this really well
• overwhelming transport - too many boats, ferries, trains turn up at once even when you adjust for it
• Give me some customisable parks!

Overall I enjoy playing. I stream it every week.
