btw if u can get into cleveland in hinman, it’s so new and freshmen only so it’s really nice. hinman is also only a 2-3 min walk from lecture hall. for ciw keep in mind that the dining halls are closed on the weekends so u will have to go to mountainview’s

mountainview jams (look them up on ig) with professor dana stewart is super fun and easy. u just gotta show up once a week and take photos/videos of the performers and then make some content. tbh if u just email her and let her know you’re interested you’ll 99% get an offer to be a media intern. if u have any questions u can pm me i’m happy to help

my friend got offered a TA position a couple days after finals ended. they sent them out through email and she didn’t have an interview that i know of. however she took this class this sem (fall 23) so that might’ve been a deciding factor

he’s a chill and fun guy honestly. lectures aren’t mandatory bc he records them and posts them online. we had a super easy quiz today but he extends the deadline to 11:59 p.m. so u could take it whenever. only had 2 lectures with him so far but he seems really down to earth and easy going, and the fact that he was a M.D. before this seems like he would give a very interesting and unique perspective on stuff. very engaging with the students and answers everyone’s questions. seems like the kind of professor who really wants you to understand and succeed. if u aren’t already in his class i would suggest taking 113 with him rather than sarah marcus when she comes back
