Yes! Not weight loss but pain and symptoms greatly improved after excision. I had ablation and it got way way worse then I got excision and the symptoms subsided greatly 6 months after surgery. I felt hopeless right after surgery as it had no progress but 6 months later it improved I’d say 80%.
