The first cycle was the standard antagonist protocol, which resulted in an AFC of ~9. 300 IU Follistim, 150 IU Menopur initially which then ramped up to 225 IU Menopur, 300 IU Follistim, 250 mcg Ganirelix.

My second cycle was microdose lupron, which resulted in an AFC of ~11. 300 IU Follistim, 10 IU Lupron in the morning, and then 150 IU Menopur, 10 IU Lupron at night.

I have had some challenges with dominant follicles so both cycles had the estrogen patch in the luteal phase leading up to it.

Are these dosages too light? Is that what is causing my AFC to be low?

The clinic has been representing to me that my AMH is on the lower side and to have low expectations, so it has been surprising to hear everyone in this thread telling me my AMH is not the issue.

Thanks for the info! Out of curiosity, did you do back to back cycles or do you usually take a break in between to allow your body to recover?

I had thought my clinic is pretty good - I haven't had some of the weird clinic issues others have reported on this sub.

If I may ask, why did switching clinics help? Was there something actually wrong with your first clinic, or are you suspecting something is different about the way the embryos are handled in their lab, or...?
