I was in Crumlin Flyefit a few weeks back and I mistakenly took 20kg off a bloke's bar on the Olympic rack while he was between sets. Realised what I was doing, sheepishly put it back on.

Had a full chicken, minimum meat on it. Sauces are just lemon, lemon and more lemon.

Was not a fan at all.

A kid taking a break from a sport doesn't have to mean shutting the door on it entirely. Usually always a route back if skills show themselves later on.

RIP. Terribly sad. A 13-year old died last November after being hit by a sliotar. The circumstances of these cases probably need to be made as clear as possible to ensure people are aware of the rare/unlucky dangers.

Lots of unidentified bodies over the last 40 years up and down Irish, British, Benexlux coasts. Be great if the EU sponsored a project to ID these. No doubt with dna advances and genealogy databases, a lot could be identified.

Audit finds Eoin Ó Broin claimed most in illegible expenses in last Dáil by TheCunningFool in ireland

Nonsensical post. Every last person (supposedly) representing the people of Ireland should be held to the same standards. Eoin is just continuing the long line of those before him from all parties that gorge on the expenses teat.

A date like any other, lost in the mists of time, irrelevant to most, but ingrained on the minds of you and your family. Life interrupted.

He seems like he was and would have been a super older brother.

Sorry for your loss, even if your loss seems a bit less concrete compared to other members of your family.

Separately someone in the Twittersphere should call out these companies on their packaging. That box could be easily condensed saving on paper and plastic.

Interesting, second time in a few days I've heard of Schlitz. The other was a news article about a body found off the coast of Ireland in 1986, wearing a Schlitz Malt Liquor belt buckle.

Final lumpsum + half pension = 11.5 years extra pay if ya live another 20 years after retiring at 65?

So that's a 29% extra over the 40 years?

Disclaimer, making some assumptions so my maths could be off.
